Frequently asked questions

Is an item still available?

If it's on the site and not marked Sold, it's available. Every item has a reference like SL-160: type it in the search to check, or quote it when you message.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Most items go by tracked UK post from £1.99 (free on small items when you buy 3 or more). In London we can deliver by hand, furniture too, or meet you at a west London tube station. You pay at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. See Delivery & collection.

Can I see or test an item before buying?

Yes, if you're collecting. Pay online to hold the item, then check it over when you collect. If it isn't as described, don't take it and you'll get a full refund.

Is the price negotiable?

Many items have a “Make an offer” button. If we accept, you'll get a payment link by email, valid for 48 hours.
