Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Most items can be sent by tracked delivery anywhere in the UK. You pay for postage at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. Large items are collection only. See Delivery & collection.
Where are you based?
Ealing, West London. Collection is from North Ealing, West Ealing or Park Royal. The exact spot is shared once we agree a time.
Can I see or test an item before buying?
Yes, if you're collecting. Pay online to hold the item, then check it over when you collect. If it isn't as described, don't take it and you'll get a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. I never see your card details.
Is the price negotiable?
Many items have a “Make an offer” button. If I accept, you'll get a payment link by email, valid for 48 hours.
Do you do discounts for more than one item?
Yes. 2 items: 10% off · 3 items: 15% off · 4+ items: 20% off, and everything goes in one parcel for one postage charge plus a small amount per extra item.
What if someone else is buying the same item?
When you go to checkout the item is held for you for 30 minutes. Nobody else can pay for it during that time.
Do you ship abroad?
Not as standard. Some items can go abroad on request: message me with the item and your country and I'll quote the exact postage first.
